We’ve been working in commercial realty since 1978. In that time, we’ve learned a lot. Mostly, that success in real estate doesn’t happen by chance. It takes aggressive marketing tactics, smart decisions, and a thorough knowledge of the local market. At Creative Commercial Properties, we have combined local market experience, including dealing with wetland areas, hazardous waste, title challenges, financing, and rezoning.

Sole Owner and Supervising Broker since 1984, specializing in listing and sales of commercial, investment and industrial properties. Mike is active in the Wilmington and Hampstead communities, where he and his wife raised their 5 sons (two are currently agents with Creative Commercial Properties).
After graduating from North Carolina State University in 2009, Henry became a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Shortly after, he joined Creating Commercial Properties. He was born and raised in the Wilmington area, giving him extensive knowledge of the community and what it takes for a business to succeed here.
Born and raised in Wilmington North Carolina, Laurence has a great understanding of the city and surrounding communities. After graduating from UNCW in 2013 he joined the professional work force as a commercial real estate broker with Creative Commercial Properties. He is known for his strong communication, organization, and marketing skills, and has a knack for running successful events.
Brian grew up in the Wilmington area and attended ECU, where he graduated with a degree in economics in 2015. When he joined the Creative Commerical Property team in 2021, he brought extensive problem-solving and analytical skills with him. Although he is new to the industry, he’s looking forward to being surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and learning from long-time commercial realtors. Brian currently lives in Hampstead with his wife and daughter.
